Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If you have any questions please call us prior to paying for class.
Due to our small class sizes, we require at least a 4 hrs notice of cancellation for evening classes (after 4pm) and at least 12 hrs notice for morning classes (before 12pm). This allows your space to be filled by a student on the waitlist.
A minimum of 12 hours is required for cancellation OR rescheduling of Private Sessions.
If you cancel outside of these windows you will lose the class and/or private you paid for and it will be deducted from your class packages. You will also be charged a Late Fee of $5 each cancellation.
If you are a member and you cancel outside of these windows you will lose the class and/or private you paid for and it will be deducted from your membership. You will be charged the $5 Late Cancel Fee.
If you are in an unlimited membership and cancel outside of these windows you will be charged $5 for each cancellation.
If there is no one signed into a class 4hrs before class start time, the class will be cancelled.
If for any reason your class is cancelled due to weather conditions, etc…you will be credited for your missed classes.
Tardiness/No Show Policies
Students who arrive more than 5 minutes late will lose their class. The door is locked promptly five minutes after the start of class.
This is for your safety to ensure proper warmup time and out of respect for your fellow students!
If students fail to cancel and/or notify the studio in any way that they will be unable to attend class, they are considered “NO SHOWS” and will lose their class as well as be charged an additional $10.
