Policies & Details for All Parties

  • Minimum of 5 guests required (minimum rate applies to smaller groups)

  • Down payment: Equal to the cost of 5 people to reserve your party; the remaining balance will be billed on the day of the party based on actual attendance

  • Party is not guaranteed until a date is confirmed and the non-refundable deposit has been paid via Pole Icons App

  • All members of your party must sign a waiver upon arrival

  • Parties can start late, but must end on time regardless of arrival

  • Payments are processed through the Pole Icons App

  • No refunds for no-shows

  • Additional guests: Charged at per-person rate for your chosen tier

  • 10% discount on groups larger than 15 if paid in full (non-refundable)

  • No dance experience required | No weight limit | All genders welcome

  • Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM
