Pole dance offers something for everyone- it's a fun way to workout, enhance your flexibility, increase your strength, reconnect or newly discover your sensuality and restoratively move your body. Our Chicago pole dance classes can be about more than just fitness  (although you will definitely increase your strength!)-they are a fun way to increase your body awareness, self-confidence and even emotional health. 

 

We pride ourselves on keeping classes safe and ensuring each student gets individualized attention. For that reason, our pole dance classes are capped at 2 people per pole. We continue to follow all Covid 19 Protocols to ensure the space is clean, safe and ready for you to use.
